Had a nasty experience with KIA Fourways.

The Finance personnel signed my i-contract without my consent and also added a balloon payment to a KIA Rio sedan i bought.

She had printed a hard copy of the contract, on which we drew her attention to the fact that the premium amount was R6200 instead of R5700.. She assured us that the amount will be adjusted before the first installment.

3 weeks later, the installment was left at R6200. Several emails were sent reminding them of the adjustment but no one listened.

Only to be informed that she had added a balloon payment and the installment is R6200.

So she had signed the i-contract and added a balloon payment without our consent.

We will follow this case to the later.

Wesbank also keeps deducting R100 because my acount had R5700 for them to deduct from.
